systems built around your team
Review, fix and automate your business systems, tailored to your workflows, your people and your industry.

What you get: You get a foundation that lasts: systems that feel familiar from day one, automation that carries the repetitive tasks, and documentation that keeps it all standing.
The result is more headspace for you and fewer fires for your team.

When your systems are out of step
- You’re frustrated that the software you paid for to speed things up is slowing you down.
- You wonder whether it’s just you, or whether the tools were never really right for your business.
- You feel a small knot of dread every time you open a particular tool.
- You know everyone is busy but nobody’s on the same page.

How I sync your systems with your business
- We talk. You tell me what’s frustrating you, and we find out together whether I can help. The first conversation is free.
- I review. Before anything changes, I look at the whole picture: every workflow, and every system that’s essential to it. That’s how I find what’s really pulling things out of step.
- I fix. I adjust the tools and workflows you already have so they fit how your business runs, and I build something new only where it’s needed.
- I automate. Then I automate the repetitive tasks, so the routine work carries itself and your team gets their time back.
- We settle it in together. Everyone who uses the systems is trained until they feel confident and at home in the well-documented workflow, with guides on hand for anyone returning from time away. For six months after we finish, you can come straight back to me if anything falls out of line again.

- Automated repetitive tasks that no longer need your attention.
- A team that’s trained and confident in the workflow.
- Detailed guides to refresh from after any time away.
- Six months of support if anything falls out of line.

FAQs
How long does it usually take?
Most projects take between four and twelve weeks. Simple automations and connections between a couple of tools sit at the shorter end, and workflows that need several systems to work together take longer. AI can speed up parts of the build, but everything is still checked to make sure it’s secure, backed up and right for your business before it goes live.
What exactly do you review before changing anything?
We start with the people who use your systems most. They take me through their average work day: what’s slow, what’s frustrating, what’s working well and what they’d change if they could. I do this for every system at play, mapping the workflow from start to finish, including everything that goes into getting daily operations done. With the map in hand, we work out solutions for the slow, frustrating, and broken parts. Once we’re both happy with the new map, we decide whether the old systems can live up to their potential or whether a new one is worth investing in.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Not if you don’t want to. The fastest system is a familiar system, so the review looks at the tools you already have first. A switch can be worth the learning time if your tools can’t keep up with your growth, or a new one saves far more than a few clicks. We’d weigh it up together.
What kinds of tasks can be automated?
Nearly anything can be automated, so we decide together what should be. The routine, repetitive work is a good fit. Anything involving money needs a human check before it goes through. Conversations with customers are usually worth keeping personal, since automating them can water down what makes your business uniquely yours.
What if my team doesn’t take to the new workflow?
Resistance to change is natural, and entirely common. I’m alongside your team through the change, reassuring them and helping it settle in. The aim is a faster team that also works more closely together, and I’ve researched change management in depth to get that right.
What if something goes wrong after the six months?
For the first six months after we finish, anything that falls out of line is covered at no extra charge. After that, support is at the rates in your contract, which are locked in when you sign and won’t rise, even if mine do.

I’m Jess, a Workflow Specialist based in Wexford. I know how it feels when the systems you rely on get in the way. With a Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience behind me, I design systems around the way people think and work, because the fastest system is a familiar one.
