About Us
Only with strong foundations, can we soar ever higher. JMCrocker endeavours to empower small businesses and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and expertise that demystifies successful business practices. Too often does a good idea die on the scribbled corner of napkins and the trenches of google docs, all because starting a business seems entirely too overwhelming. We want to help take care of the small things so you can keep your head in the clouds and passion in your hearts.
The Beginning
JMCrocker was established in 2018 after CEO, Jess McKenzie-Crocker, moved from London to Ireland to be closer to family. With nothing but a dream and a handbag (okay maybe several large suitcases), she made her way into the administrative consultancy business by capitalising on her expertise in highly regulated fields, such as mortgage and insurance. After branching out into internal system management, she was offered an employment position with a leading home care provider. Seeking to start a family of her own, she opted to take the offer, and subsequent stable income.
The Middle
While being employed Jess found herself looking back at her self-employment days with desire. COVID-19, cancer, and a stillbirth, had taken quite the toll on her ever diminishing family and heart. Determined to keep their memories alive, and live without regrets, she re-established JMCrocker in September 2024.
The Future
A newly minted Irish citizen (2024), Jess is enthusiastically helping businesses across Ireland to realise their goals and dreams. JMCrocker is steadfast in reducing company clutter, slimming down procedures with Lean business practices, and driving revenue with innovative and paradigm shifting strategies.
Let JMCrocker enable your success and maximize your efficiency.
